We offer free delivery on all orders – no minimum order required. This applies to every Eames-style lounge chair, office chair, dining set, and timeless piece in our collection.

We process orders quickly. Most items leave our warehouse in 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, your chair arrives in 2-5 working days to any of our 24 European countries.

Tracked and Reliable Service

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow its journey easily. We use trusted couriers experienced with furniture, so your piece stays safe on the way.

• Standard delivery brings items to your door.
• White-glove service is available for larger chairs like lounge sets – the team can bring it inside and remove packaging (contact us for details).
• No customs worries or extra fees within our delivery countries.

Safe Packaging for Your Furniture

Chairs are large and special, so we pack them with extra care. Strong boxes, protective corners, and secure wrapping keep everything perfect. Large items like the Eames-style lounge chair and ottoman are fully protected during travel.

When your order arrives, please check it straight away. If anything is not right, contact us within 48 hours – we will sort it quickly.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Someone needs to be home to accept large items. If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave details to rearrange.
