Every chair from eames-chair.com comes with a full 2-year warranty. We build our Eames-style and mid-century pieces to last, and this warranty gives customers across the Europe extra confidence when they order.
What the Warranty Covers
The 2-year warranty starts from the day your chair arrives. It covers defects in materials and workmanship when the chair is used normally in a home.
- Any faults in the frame, base, or structural parts.
- Problems with moving parts, such as swivel bases or reclining mechanisms.
- Issues with leather stitching, wood veneers, or foam that come from manufacturing.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Certain things are not included, as they are with most warranties.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Normal wear and tear, such as light scratches, natural patina on leather, or fading from sunlight.
- Modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than our team.
- Damage from pets, extreme heat, humidity, or harsh cleaning products.
How to Make a Claim
